Hesitantly, I began. “Well, at first I felt my mind go blank and then I was so peaceful, but then something else started happening. I felt my body fill with wave after wave of pure bliss. It’s like it started at my feet and it came through the bottom of my feet and then it just, like a wave in the ocean, this bliss or love just rolled through my body and then went out through the top of my head. I wasn’t thinking, I wasn’t having thoughts about it, I was just experiencing it. It’s like I just disappeared into this beautiful place, and this just took over.”

“What happened next?” Maggie said.

“Well, this is the really strange part. I can’t believe it, but it happened. It was as real as us sitting here. So this peace in my body, this love just took over and I knew that everything was perfect no matter how it looked or what I thought, that no matter what any of us think about anything that’s happening, that everything is teaching us what love is. And then it really got weird.
