I burst out laughing and said, “Yes, that will seal the deal!”

Mama chuckled and said, “Yes, child, that will seal the deal.”

Just about then Layla looked up and saw us sitting on the porch and said, “Daddy!”

I stood up to greet her as she ran across the yard with Buddy barking in hot pursuit.
