“Wow, that’s kind of like what I felt on my journey, too. No fear and everything was perfect. I was totally conscious of what was happening, but there was no me there,” I said.
“Yes, it was like that, but I was there. I could feel everything in me as a part of everything else,” Maggie said.
“So as I walked down this path, I could see something coming towards me. At first it just looked like a shape that was floating, and then as I got closer I saw that it was a child with blonde hair and blue eyes. It looked like she was about eight or nine and as she approached I saw this light around her, or like it was within her. I stopped walking and this beautiful child walked up to me and, when she got about three feet away from me, I dropped to my knees and the girl opened her arms and smiled and said, ‘Hi, Mama.’
I just held her and I started to cry. I don’t know why I was crying. I wasn’t sad, I just felt this unconditional love coming from her to me and from me to her.”
